As we step into 2025, we at BlueScientific want to reflect on our remarkable progress last year. From expanding our team to introducing new products and services, last year was filled with progress and achievements. None of this would have been possible without the trust and support of our customers, partners, and team members.

Growth in Team and Talent
This year, our team grew to 23 employees across the regions we serve. Since our establishment in 2013, one of our core values has been nurturing and developing our people, offering personal and professional growth. We’re proud that 25% of our team joined through recommendations from trusted friends and colleagues, reflecting our supportive and collaborative culture.
We were delighted to welcome three exceptional new Sales Engineer hires. Juuso Nästi has been with us for six months, Steve Ayris joined three months ago, and Pelle Steen became part of the team at the end of 2024.
Their expertise and dedication will help us continue to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
Expansion of Product Portfolio
This year, we expanded our product portfolio in line with our commitment to bringing advanced technology to researchers. A key highlight was the addition of Bruker Optics in Norway and Finland. This aligns with our mission to offer innovative solutions across a wide range of scientific applications, from materials science to life sciences.

Strengthened Services
We expanded our service offerings by introducing in-house contract scanning, enhancing the support available to our customers. This addition provides even greater flexibility and precision for researchers, ensuring that they can extract the maximum value from their instruments.

- Desktop X-Ray CT & SEM Workshop, held at our Alderley Park demo facility, showcasing cutting-edge imaging solutions.

Scalability and growth remain at the heart of our strategy. In January 2025, we’ll announce our expansion into a new territory, reinforcing our commitment to reaching more researchers and supporting their work with world-class scientific instruments.
