Fast 3D Surface Maps
The new Bruker Contour LS-K is a 3D optical profiler with LightSpeed focus variation technology. You can now generate 3D surface maps at speeds impossible with other methods, using new optimised focusing and advanced algorithms. Data-rich images are displayed in seconds, at high resolution and in real colour.
Acquire high-resolution images easily, along with reliable metrology data. Surface data is captured quickly with an unmatched field of view, with vertical scanning speeds up to 5 mm per second. Perform quantitative metrology with access to the raw measurement data (not available with alternative systems). Comprehensive software is provided for in-depth analysis.
