Automated Crystal Handling
In protein crystallography, many steps of the process have been automated to make analysis quicker and easier. These include structure determination process from expression to producing the final structural model.
Even with this automation technology, the in-house X-ray screening process of crystals remained a tedious and time-consuming step. However, this can now also be automated and performed extremely easily, to improve your crystallography workflow and increase your productivity.
Webinar Programme
In this 45-minute webinar Michael Mrosek and Martin Adam will discuss the automation of cryo-frozen protein sample screening. They’ll describe how to determine their diffraction quality with Bruker’s new SCOUT sample changing system.
The webinar will demonstrate how protein samples can be handled more efficiently, with minimal sample damage during mounting and retrieval. Learn how to make your synchrotron trips more successful and maximise your beam time.
The live webinar will be followed by a 15 minute Q&A session, so you can discuss your questions with the speakers.
