Automated Crystal Handling
In protein crystallography, many steps of the process have been automated to make analysis quicker and easier. These include the structure-determination process from expression through to the production of the final structural model.
Even with this automation technology, the in-house X-ray screening of crystals remained a tedious, time-consuming step. However, this can now also be automated and performed extremely easily, improving your crystallography workflow and increasing your productivity.
Webinar Programme
In this 45-minute webinar, Michael Mrosek and Martin Adam will discuss the automation of cryo-frozen protein sample screening. They’ll describe how to assess their diffraction quality using Bruker’s new SCOUT sample-changing system.
The webinar will demonstrate how protein samples can be handled more efficiently, with minimal sample damage during mounting and retrieval. Learn how to make your synchrotron trips more successful and maximise your beam time.
The live webinar will be followed by a 15-minute Q&A session, where you can ask your questions to the speakers.
