The nanoIR3-s Broadband delivers the broadest, tunable mid-IR spectral range, together with the highest power and the lowest noise. It offers unrivalled correlation to FTIR spectroscopy. Broadest Spectral Range
A unique feature of the nanoIR3-s Broadband is the capability for nanoscale imaging and spectroscopy across the whole mid-infrared spectral range (2.5 to 15 μm / 4000 to 670 cm-1). This is achieved with a broadband light source using a new femtosecond OPO/DFG laser.
The laser source can switch its linewidth for imaging and spectroscopy, in addition to high laser power and wide spectral range.
All in all, the nanoIR3-s Broadband delivers the highest performance spectroscopy and imaging for 2D materials and graphene, together with nanoscale material property mapping and sample environmental control options.
