Welcoming a New Service Engineer
We are delighted to welcome Hassan Mirza as the newest addition to our team. Hassan joins us as a Service Engineer, bringing valuable experience and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. His expertise will strengthen our capabilities and ensure that we continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers with precision and efficiency.
Internal Promotions: Recognising Excellence
We are equally excited to announce two well-deserved promotions within our Service Team:
- James Carr has been promoted to Service Team Leader UK & Ireland. James’s dedication and technical expertise have been instrumental in delivering outstanding service across the region. His leadership will further enhance our support network and customer experience.
- Eric Thelander has been appointed as Service Team Leader, Nordics. Eric has demonstrated exceptional skill and commitment, making him a natural fit to lead our Nordic service operations. His promotion reflects our focus on strengthening regional support and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Expanding Our Service Offerings: Contract Scanning
Late in 2024, we introduced Contract Scanning to our portfolio of services. This new offering provides customers with flexible and high-precision scanning solutions, ensuring they can maximise the potential of their instruments without the need for in-house resources. Our Contract Scanning service allows for quick turnaround times, expert analysis, and tailored solutions to meet diverse research needs. The scanning takes place at our demo lab at Alderley Park, UK and is carried out by our expert service engineers onsite.
