Delivering fast-scan performance (up to 150 lines/sec) alongside a 100 µm scan range, the NanoWizard® 4 XP NanoScience supports smooth integration with advanced optical techniques. With a broad selection of modes and environmental-control accessories, plus capabilities for mapping nanomechanical, electrical, magnetic, and thermal properties, it’s built for highly adaptable, multi-application research workflows.
The NanoWizard 4 XP NanoScience includes new features such as:
