Bruker’s proprietary tip/tilt in the head is capable of measuring surface features over a range of angles with minimal tracking errors.
The auto tip/tilt functionality is coupled with the optical path in the microscope head, combining the point of inspection with the line of sight independent of tilt. This means less operator intervention is required, for greater reproducibility and faster time to data.
Together with automated staging and objectives, the ContourX-500 ideal for “measure-on-demand” industrial situations. It offers the advantages of a larger, floor-standing system, but with a compact benchtop footprint.
