Raising money for Shelter
At BlueScientific, we are all about helping the community around us as well as raising money for charities.
This year one of our two Directors , Tom Warwick, will be taking part in the London Landmarks Half Marathon on the 3rd of April 2022. He will be raising money for Shelter, for every £1 donated, 79p will be spent directly helping people in need of housing support.
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is not your average half marathon. This half marathon is a closed road, central London run that goes through the City of London and Westminster. It’s a fantastic opportunity to raise as much money as possible for worthy causes, with over £20 million being raised since the first event in 2018.
Shelter is a charity that campaigns to end homelessness and base housing in Great Britain. They help people by providing advice, support, assistance and fight for better investment in housing bylaws and policies to improve the lives of homeless and badly housed people.
