BioContinuum Imaging Filter

The Gatan BioContinuum imaging filter is a direct detection system for cryo-EM and cryo-ET, combining:

  • – Revolutionary K3 electron-counting, direct detection camera

Using direct detection together with innovative algorithms, the BioContinuum removes inelastically scattered electrons.
