The S2 POLAR uses polarised EDXRF (Energy Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence) for reliable, multi-element analysis. Traditionally WDXRF (Wavelength Dispersive X-Ray Fluorescence) is used for quality control in the petrochemical industry. The S2 POLAR is less expensive while still delivering the same level of analytical precision.

  • Phosphorus for residue build-up
  • Additives in lubricating oils eg magnesium, calcium, zinc, molybdenum
