Visit Blue Scientific at the UKSAF Winter Meeting, organised by the UK Surface Analysis Forum. The conference will be on Wednesday 6th January at Yew Lodge Hotel in Kegworth, Leicestershire.
The theme of the conference is “Surfaces Matter”, focussing on the materials we use for surfaces, how they can be modified and the techniques we can use to study them. Understanding and protecting surfaces is critical, whether in the hostile environment of an aircraft engine or the ambient environment of cultural objects. Making the best use of the analysis tools available is essential. The UKSAF Winter Meeting will bring together speakers from industry and academia, instrument users and manufacturers to investigate how and why surfaces matter.
